Chef Graffiti Tseng is the founder of 日日好pain in Tainan City Taiwan, he has worked for a famous Japanese Bakery ドンク DONQ @ Kobe-shi, Hyogo, Japan for nearly 10yrs.
In addition to his bakery business, he is also passionate about teaching classes and providing technical support to other bakeries, and is often invited to conduct demonstration events for manufacturers.
