This course we are using fresh natural raw materials, no additives such as emulsifiers are added. also chef TzuYu is uses the split egg method to make castella cake, which is different from the whole egg method on the market.This allows students to experience a more meticulous and dense cake structure than the whole-egg method, with a smoother and more elastic texture.

    Description : 

    The founder of Wu Yen Cheng(伍圓宸), located at Bali Dist New Taipei City, chef Chang Tzu-Yu has been working in a well-known large chain central factory for more than ten years. She has also served as a technical consultant for raw material suppliers and famous factories. She has a lot of experience in capacity planning and has rich practical experience in production, inventory and material management. She has often been invited by China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia to do demonstrations & teaching. She also goes to Japan for further study frequently.
